Role description

As a Plant Status Management Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for the Planning and Coordination of mechanical activities in the Plant, especially NSSS.

You will be gathering of all tasks from Commissioning, Construction, Maintenance, Operation: assessing the impact of the activity on the other branches; checking that the activities from all entities fit together in the time schedule and securing the not violation of the technical specification are met. You also harmonize mechanical activities with electrical and I&C activities.

You will act as the schedule owner for level 1 and level 2, delivering the final mechanical level 1 and level 2 schedules for the project.

 

 

Responsibilities

Besides already mentioned tasks include
– Proposing/defining changes in the planning sequences
– Detect and remove obstacles in time
– Organize the PTW activities
– Lead the meetings with all disciplines
– Report regularly about the schedule and plant progress

Essential skills

You have an engineering degree (Mechanical, Process or Nuclear) and preferably at least 5 years of Nuclear experience in PWR. Most importantly, you have expertise in planning and scheduling of construction site works (construction, maintenance, commissioning), especially in mechanical and fluid system design and/or commissioning and/or maintenance for PWR primary, secondary and adjacent systems.

To be successful in this role you need a solid knowledge of the functionality of mechanical equipment (valves, pumps, fans, heaters, filters, etc. )
