We have a new opportunity for an Asset Data Manager who will provide the management direction and support for project creation and curation for delivery.

Role description

You will support the information manager in identifying & creating the project library structure as well as maintaining information management protocols and storage.

Responsibilities

In addition, you will:

  • Ensure that all information required to support the full life cycle of the project is identified and provisioned accordingly.
  • Create the communication and information workflows to manage the creation, receipt, identification, and storage of Asset Information
  • Coordinate with other working groups to ensure alignment with future strategy and requirements are met.
  • Maintain information assets within all benchmarking boundaries set by the project and as required by external stakeholders
  • Ensure that all Asset Information produced on the project is identified and included in the Project Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans

Essential skills

To be successful in this role, you will have experience within operations and maintenance as well as use of O&M systems, in a highly regulated industry. You will also be creating the communication and information workflow as you manage the storage and identification of assets.
