Role description

Under the authority of the TXS commissioning section Lead, the TXS Commissioning Engineer will be in charge of different planning and execution activities until closure concerning TXS systems.

 

Responsibilities

Planning:

  • Prepare tests related to execution of commissioning Phase C and D
  • Assess impact of test execution to the functions
  • Support in definition of temporary simulations and simulations related to the plan tests
  • Review of the TXS testing equipment and peripheral testing devices
  • Support in the building of the commissioning time schedule
  • Collect of the I&C system related testing documentation

Execution: linked to I&C systems:

  • Initiation of I&C system isolation process
  • Performance of the commissioning activities
  • Supervision of the commissioning activities
  • Check and evaluation of test reports and troubleshooting and analysis activities
  • Training of operation and maintenance personnel

Control and monitoring: Provide inputs to progress measurement and reporting linked to his / her I&C system and Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations

Closure: The completion of the commissioning activities related to the entrusted I&C system is sanctioned by the following events:

Essential skills

You have preferably a Masters’ Engineer degree and I&C experience from Commissioning or Engineering / Design in a production facility or a power plant. EPR knowledge is seen as a plus.

The expectation is for you to be familiar with a portion of the product lines according to his / her missions on site: TXS technology – both hardware and software products and/or TXS Engineering and Maintenance equipment as well as peripheral testing tools either at Test Bay or during Commissioning.
