Our client is a leading player in the nuclear industry, committed to innovation, safety, and excellence. With a rich history of providing cutting-edge solutions to nuclear facilities, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily communication with the Authorized Body within the framework of conformity assessment for turbines.
  • Organize clarification and alignment meetings between the Authorized Body, engineering, and the project to advance conformity evaluation processes.
  • Ensure follow-up on responses provided to the Authorized Body and validate their regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain traceability of interactions with the Authorized Body and Safety Authority.
  • Participate in inspections conducted by the Authorized Body and Safety Authority when necessary.
  • Work with the Project Quality team to initiate root cause analyses and corrective/preventive action plans for regulatory matters.
  • Prepare internal documentation to accompany the Declaration of Conformity
  • Conduct and leverage lessons learned from conformity evaluations.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into internal and external specifications, considering regulatory updates.

Qualifications:

  • Generalist or specialized engineer in materials with a solid understanding of safety aspects.
  • Professional experience in the industry, preferably in sectors like metallurgy, manufacturing processes, inspection, and/or operation of equipment similar to turbines.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations related to Nuclear Facilities (NF), particularly in England.
  • Familiarity with nuclear construction codes and rules, especially RCC-M.
  • Understanding of quality management processes.
  • Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written
