1099 – Operations SRO Training Instructor – Contract Opportunity

Embark on a mission critical role within an esteemed organization at the forefront of nuclear infrastructure. We are seeking six highly skilled and dedicated Operations Instructors ready to support crucial plant re-start activities, guiding operators toward licensing excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement operations training curriculum for licensed operator candidates
– Utilize SAT process expertise (per ACAD 02-001) from analysis through implementation
– Conduct classroom and simulator-based instruction with precision
– Schedule integration that streamlines program predictability
– Remediate student performance gaps effectively
– Analyze exam results to identify areas of improvement for students or programs

Qualifications Required:

Education:
* A BS degree is preferred in engineering or physical science.
* INPO ICP certified instructor status is desirable.

Experience:
* At least five years as a Senior Reactor Operator Certified instructor or licensed SRO on PWR design units; Combustion Engineering experience advantageous.
* Proven track record over half a decade delivering skills-based training within accredited programs adhering strictly to all phases of ADDIE methodology.
