Project Support Specialist

Are you ready to take on a vital role within the nuclear infrastructure sector? We are seeking an independent and highly skilled Project Support Specialist in Richland, WA. This contract position is perfect for someone with technical prowess, organizational skills, and who values accuracy as they will play a key part in supporting Construction and Project Management operations.

As our ideal candidate:
– You’ll work autonomously under limited supervision using your discretion and judgment.
– Your advanced knowledge of SharePoint will be crucial for managing project files effectively.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Development & maintenance of departmental SharePoint sites
* Liaison between site users identifying needs related to access management
* Efficient document handling including upload, publication, archiving on SharePoint
* Conducting user training sessions tailored towards project staff requirements

Essential Skills Required:
* **Technical Proficiency:** Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Teams,
SharePoint necessary for daily responsibilities.
* **Organizational Ability:** To maintain complex documentation systems ensuring accessibility &
reliability at all times.
* **Communication Expertise:** Excellent written & oral communication abilities essential while interacting across various levels within the organization.

Preferred Experience includes familiarity records management processes or administrative history at commercial nuclear facilities. A minimum two-year background working intricately with MS Word is also sought after.
