We are on a quest to hire an astute Configuration Manager for our groundbreaking Molten Chloride Fast Reactor (MCFR) program. This role is pivotal as you’ll be working side-by-side with top-tier scientists and engineers to push the boundaries within both nuclear tech and medical fields.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Facilitate design document management alongside rigorous configuration control.
– Provide mentorship regarding Configuration Management principles across MCFR projects.
– Expertly handle project tools such as Atlassian Confluence pages & Jira databases.
– Ensure documents align perfectly with established configuration management processes
– Spearhead communication between diverse project teams ensuring smooth information flow.

**Essential Skills Required:**
*Technical Proficiency:* Bring your B.S. degree or equivalent experience into play by managing complex technical configurations effectively!
*Atlassian Tools Experience*: Your familiarity with Confluence and Jira will drive efficient collaboration!
*Process Improvement Acumen*: Leverage this skill to refine operations continually-your input could revolutionize our protocols!
