Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate boasts:

– A B.S. degree (or higher) in Mechanical or related discipline from an esteemed university
– 8 to 15 years’ direct experience with substantial mechanical systems design capabilities
– Proficiency specifically surrounding complex mechanical structures and high-performance nuclear fuel handling systems

Skills required include but not limited to:

Technical Writing Excellence: Articulate technical concepts effectively via reports ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycles.

Proactive Leadership Ability: Lead by example as a self-starter capable of spearheading initiatives requiring minimal oversight while promoting team collaboration.
