System Design

We are looking for a motivated Systems Engineer to support the cutting-edge Molten Chloride Fast Reactor (MCFR) program and related projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a high-performing team of engineers and scientists, driving the development and design of the MCFR. Your responsibilities will include coordinating design reviews, managing requirements, and ensuring verification compliance across various engineering disciplines. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and refine requirement and specification documents
• Oversee verification traceability and compliance documentation
• Facilitate design reviews and integration meetings
• Apply Systems Engineering principles to nuclear and industrial facilities
• Support turnover of final design documentation

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Systems Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
• 3+ years of experience in requirements management
• Proven experience in a high-regulatory environment
• Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence and Jira is a plus
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
