1099 – Simulator Booth Operator – Nuclear Infrastructure Sector

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team in the nuclear infrastructure sector as Simulator Booth Operators. This pivotal role supports a critical phase, which is now undergoing preparations for plant restart procedures through NRC approvals after being acquired.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Attain site-specific qualifications enabling independent operation of the simulator.
– Collaborate with floor instructors to conduct scheduled simulation sessions effectively.
– Execute lesson plan commands under guidance from lead floor instructors during training and evaluations.
– Offer insightful feedback on student performance throughout training activities.
– Address any technical issues arising within the simulator’s functionality promptly.

**Qualifications & Experience Required:**
Education:
– A minimum requirement of a High School diploma; an engineering or physical science degree would be advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience:
Candidates should possess experience in one or more areas below related to nuclear operations/training;
– Licensed/Non-Licensed Operator
– Instructor (Licensed/Non-Licensed)
– Former Navy personnel specialized in reactor operation (Reactor operator, ELT)
– Engineer

The mission will extend over an expected timeline of 52 weeks requiring two full-time – integrating into Accredited Program Operations Training endeavors within this transformative period at PWR CE Plant.

Candidates must demonstrate aptitude toward meticulous coordination efforts alongside proactive troubleshooting skills ensuring seamless execution supporting initial and ongoing educational initiatives designed for operational excellence.
