*Role Responsibilities:*
– Develop instructional materials in line with INPO Accredited Instructional theory.
– Conduct training sessions for Initial License Training program.

*Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:*

***Qualifications***
The ideal candidate will possess:
– A Reactor Operator or Senior Reactor Operator license, OR
– An accredited RO/SRO initial training program certification, OR
– A certified OPS instructor qualification,
with at least five years’ experience post-certification.

ANSI/ANS Requirements adherence is also expected from prospective candidates as per ANSI/ANS-3.1 standards.

***Skills***

– Verbal and Written Communication:* You must be able to convey complex information clearly and effectively both on paper and verbally – vital when dealing with regulatory personnel or leading teams through intricate procedures.

– Computer Literacy:* Proficiency in personal computer use including software relevant for developing training material.

– Instrumentation Operation:* The ability needed here involves understanding various control systems necessary for effective instruction delivery within this field.
