Are you a master of quality assurance with the analytical acumen to navigate the nuclear tech and medical innovation sectors? Our client in Bellevue is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor, QA Engineer on a contract basis. This pivotal role comes with high expectations; it demands exceptional prowess within NRC 10 CFR 50 Appendix B regulated environments as well as proficiency across various industry codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and conduct Supplier/Internal Audits upholding your status as a Certified Lead Auditor.
– Provide critical analysis of nuclear quality programs including customer/regulatory contracts towards developing baseline requirements matrices/documents.
– Actively interface between customers/suppliers for resolving intricate compliance challenges while maintaining stringent QA measures through our supply chain management processes.
– Scrutinize engineering documents such as design drawings, test plans/procedures ensuring adherence to top-tier technical rigor demanded by this domain.

Desired Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring forth at least fifteen years’ experience focused primarily around nuclear (NRC or DOE) Quality Assurance functions or equivalent regulatory frameworks like EPA/aerospace industries. An undergraduate degree sets the foundation alongside desired credentials that might include current certification in NQA-1 Lead Audit capabilities complemented preferably by Electrical/I&C qualifications plus software quality expertise – all serving testament to one’s caliber within these complex fields.
