As our PRA Engineer, your primary focus will be contributing high-level expertise to the development and analysis of Natrium reactor design risk assessment. Reporting directly to the Risk Assessment Manager, this is your chance to play a key part in designing safe nuclear technology solutions by performing comprehensive severe accident analyses and utilizing state-of-the-art probabilistic models.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Work closely with plant design teams integrating safety analysis into robust engineering practices.
– Lead efforts ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like NEI 18-04.
– Develop critical planning strategies for all PRA activities while providing expert technical guidance across various departments.

**Skills & Qualifications:**
* **Engineering Degree:** A B.S., or M.S. degree in fields such as nuclear, mechanical electrical or aerospace engineering sets our candidates up for success due their foundational knowledge base relevant to this sector’s needs.
* **Experience With PRA:** At least three years’ experience specializing in Probabilistic Risk Assessment informs effective decision-making processes throughout project life cycles.
* **Familiarity With Standards:** Knowledge surrounding ASME/ANS Non-Light Water PRAs ensures adherence towards best practice frameworks which govern quality assurance benchmarks
within these roles specifically tailored around unique reactor types including sodium cooled variants amongst others advanced systems currently under development today!
