Overview: We are seeking experienced Project Schedulers to join our clients in supporting critical projects that encompass the nuclear power industry and with heavily regulated non-nuclear projects. These roles involve creating, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, compliance standards, and organizational goals. Full-Time, Onsite, 12-Month Contract, high likelihood of extension based on performance/job needs

Salary Range: Client and Job Specific, experience dependent + per diem

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using industry-standard tools like Primavera P6, SAP, or equivalent software.
  • Create integrated schedules by coordinating with Project Management, Station Management, Outage Management, and contractors.
  • Ensure schedule integrity through techniques such as Critical Path Management, resource leveling, and risk analysis.
  • Conduct job walk-downs to verify schedule accuracy and progress.
  • Support lifecycle project schedules and maintain alignment with technical compliance and maintenance rules.
  • Provide reports on project milestones, earned value, progress trends, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, communicating schedule updates and recommendations effectively.
  • Ensure schedules meet safety, environmental, and operational compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage emergent work and outage projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct project/outage scheduling experience (nuclear setting preferred, but not required).
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and demonstrated experience with scheduling techniques.
  • Knowledge of Critical Path Management, resource management, and cost tracking.
  • Familiarity with work control processes and ability to translate plans into actionable schedules.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience (e.g., high school diploma with 9+ years of experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Passport or similar work management systems.
  • Primavera training certification or equivalent.
  • PMP certification.
  • Working knowledge of SQL-based query reports, Crystal Reports, or similar tools.
  • Prior reactor operator license (highly desirable).

Work Conditions:

  • Roles require on-site presence and U.S. citizenship.
  • Work schedules vary but may include 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week. All roles 40 hours a week
  • Some roles involve per diem for non-local candidates.
