Records Discipline Lead (Electrical)

We are seeking a Records Discipline Lead (Electrical) to join the MEH Alliance on a major UK nuclear project.
You will act as the focal point for all electrical records management activities, ensuring quality, completeness, and compliance of electrical installation records throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical record activities in accordance with project quality and configuration management requirements.

• Supervise and support Records Technicians within the electrical discipline.

• Liaise closely with Construction, Quality, and Engineering teams to verify and approve documentation before submission to EDF.

• Ensure that electrical installation and test records meet the standards of nuclear traceability and completeness.

• Monitor progress, report on documentation status, and drive continuous improvement in records management processes.

• Support audits, non-conformance resolution, and readiness reviews.

Profile

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in documentation, records, or quality management on large industrial or construction projects (nuclear preferred).

• Knowledge of electrical systems, installation activities, and relevant standards.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
