Project Manager – Permits

As a Project Manager Permits, you will lead strategic processes around permits and locations for new nuclear power plants within the Dutch new build programme. You ensure that environmental, construction, nuclear licensing, and land-use permits are secured through coordination with government authorities, nuclear regulators, vendors, and internal project stakeholders.

In this role, you act as the linking pin between experts, governments, and stakeholders. You translate abstract plans into concrete actions and clear schedules while bringing overview, analysis, and structure to a rapidly evolving organisation. You contribute to setting up a licensable organisation that meets national and international requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Significant permitting experience – Nuclear sector beneficial

• You are analytical, systematic, curious, have strong communication skills

• Understand sensitivity in a political-administrative environment
