Senior Implementation Manager

Full-Time | Onsite | 12-month contract | high likelihood of extension based on performance/job needs

Schedule: 4 x 10’s

Salary Range: $80-$100/hr

• Lead the development and evaluation of business cases for strategic projects and capital investments, including detailed financial models, cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations, and risk assessments

• Provide technical authority and expert oversight to Enterprise Risk Projects, supporting Project Managers in executing deliverables safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities and inform strategic planning

• Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders through workshops, presentations, and facilitated meetings to secure alignment and buy-in

• Oversee implementation of approved initiatives, monitoring progress and addressing deviations from the approved business case

• Apply error reduction and human performance improvement methodologies to promote cost-effective, nuclear-grade work execution

• Develop key risk indicators and performance indicators; produce business case performance reports and trend analyses

• Identify opportunities to reduce critical path hours during refueling outages, directly impacting schedule duration and cost

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business case templates, tools, and analytical processes

• Qualifications:

• RO/SRO License or CGS Management Certification required

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field with 20 years of experience in a technical field; OR AA/AS degree in a related field with 22 years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with 24 years of experience (an advanced degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience)

• Demonstrated expertise in advanced project management techniques at a commercial nuclear power plant or comparable facility

• Experience with on-line work management, refueling outages, and/or forced outage activities

• Proficiency in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a regulated nuclear environment

• Must be able to successfully complete an Expert Panel (oral board) interview
