ERM Specialist (ERM Framework)

Job Specific Responsibilities:

ERM Framework

• Conduct regular reviews of the ERM policy/framework and underlying associated systems at Co’s to ensure they remain relevant and in line with best practice, in collaboration with the wider ERM team
• Coordinate with the Governing Co’s ERM team in driving the development, implementation and execution of an effective and efficient ERM function that is aligned with group requirements
• Support in developing and monitoring KRIs (key risk indicators) across the enterprise risk portfolio consistent with the risk framework to measure risk exposure
• Develop and implement the Risk Management Plan working closely with the ERM Head on annualised basis

Risk Assessment

• Support functions and Senior Management on how to identify, report and evaluate internal and external risks/issues that may impact Co’s’s core activities and review the Directorate level Risk Registers
• Conduct workshops with function heads/teams to develop risk treatment plans for prioritised enterprise risks, including mitigation action plans
• Bring in outside perspectives and help confront cognitive and institutional biases of the respective departments, to help identify and analyse emerging risks that may impact strategic assumptions or require changes to strategy/direction
