The Quality Assurance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of nuclear power projects. You will be responsible for shaping and managing the development and deployment of quality assurance arrangements, processes, and systems to meet regulatory requirements and ensure excellence in quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Reinforce, monitor, and sustain quality standards in alignment with Holtec’s Quality Assurance Program.
  • Conduct internal surveillance to ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements.
  • Review documentation to verify compliance with technical QA requirements.
  • Oversee vendor facilities to ensure compliance with procurement documents and quality assurance requirements.
  • Support the development and management of quality assurance programs, manuals, and implementation plans.
  • Interpret stakeholder and design code requirements to ensure appropriate quality program processes are applied.
  • Coach and assist management and teams in implementing quality assurance and design code requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and industry bodies.
  • Develop processes, procedures, and facilitate problem-solving activities.

Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant experience in the nuclear industry in a quality assurance or related position.
  • Excellent analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and balance competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Eligible to work under 10 CFR Part 810.
