Cyclife Sweden is EDF Group, one of the world’s largest nuclear power operators. Cyclife Sweden conducts nuclear operations in the Studsvik area outside Nyköping and is currently a company with more than 100 employees. They offer services both internationally and within Sweden of decommissioning services and purification solutions for low-radioactive contaminated material. The client’s ambition is safety combined with long-term responsibility for people and the environment and to protect our natural resources through a high degree of recycling.
This is a Contract or Permanent position that requires presence on the site in the Studsvik area outside Nyköping two to three days a week.
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for nuclear decommissioning projects.
- Anticipate and identify potential scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment with overall project goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to gather project-related information and updates.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and provide regular feedback.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in collaboration with the project management team.
- Identify and assess potential risks to project schedules and deliverables.
- Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Effectively communicate project schedules, milestones, and updates to internal teams and subcontractors.
- Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Fluency in Swedish and English is essential for effective communication within the team.
- German language skills are considered an asset.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate with engineering, safety, and regulatory compliance teams to integrate project requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
