Project Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead the project controls function for a critical program. This role will focus on establishing the systems, processes, and team capabilities necessary to ensure rigorous, disciplined project delivery. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving performance, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage program controls for complex, high-value projects.
• Implement best practices in estimating, cost control, scheduling, and performance measurement.
• Ensure formalized, disciplined management across all program activities.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing, multi-functional team, spread across various locations.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing project controls for complex, large-scale programs, ideally within regulated environments.
• Expertise in project control tools and methodologies, including MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, and more.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data for decision-makers and influence at all levels.
• Fluency in both French and English
• PMP certification preferred.
