I&C Supervisor

We are seeking experienced I&C Supervisors to provide high-level guidance and oversight for maintenance activities and complex troubleshooting within a nuclear power plant environment during outages or shutdown.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to nuclear safety and regulatory requirements.
Supervise a team, providing technical expertise and guidance during troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
Conduct engineering evaluations and operability determinations to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Utilize predictive maintenance technologies to assess and improve component performance.
Manage preventative maintenance programs and optimize resource allocation for maintenance activities.
Ensure quality standards are met by implementing and monitoring quality procedures.
Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering development and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate complex troubleshooting and engineering requests.
Support emergency response and shutdown operations as needed

The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience, with a focus on general equipment maintenance and I&C activities.
Field instrumentation expertise, including FISHER level controllers (or similar).
Proficient in the calibration of flow transmitters, speed sensors, and instruments in critical equipment.
Experience with loop checks and point-to-point verification to ensure accurate signal transmission.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think creatively to resolve calibration issues that do not meet expectations.
Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera for project management.
Strong decision-making and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and coordinating with various departments.
