**Candidate Profile:**
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* At least 8 years experience within the Nuclear/Power Plant industries focused on general maintenance tasks and in managing maintenance teams and activities.

Additionally,
* Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera
* Strong decision-making skills complemented by leadership capabilities
* Excellent communication proficiency paired with interpersonal finesse
* In-depth knowledge of power plant safety procedures
