We are seeking an AOV MOV Valve Supervisor who will play a pivotal role..

**Job Overview:**
You’ll be responsible for developing and coordinating system work windows to ensure the safe and timely execution of planned outages, with a particular focus on Motor-operated valves (MOV) and Air-operated valves (AOV).

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Outage Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of preparation, planning, execution, and closeout of assigned system windows.
o Ensure that outage milestones are met while maintaining nuclear safety standards.
o Lead the scheduling process and resolve conflicts with various stakeholder organizations.
* System Windows Coordination:
o Oversee the preparation and execution of MOV/AOV related system windows.
o Facilitate meetings with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Radiation Protection, and Procurement teams to maintain situational awareness.
o Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track system window performance and identify potential risks early.
* Risk Management:
o Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with MOV/AOV maintenance.
o Schedule high-risk evolutions as needed to mitigate risks in accordance with industry standards.
* Support for Outage and Emergency Response:
o Assist in outage and emergency response efforts to ensure safe and reliable operations, which may require shift work or off-hours support.

**Candidate Profile:**
The ideal candidate should have:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the nuclear power or related industries.
o At least 5 years of experience in general maintenance, with a focus on turnaround activities
* Skills:
o Strong understanding of nuclear power plant maintenance, particularly MOV/AOV oversight.
o Familiarity with MS Project/Primavera.
Broad knowledge base aligning international standards specific to diverse maintenance program tasks
o In-depth awareness regarding safety procedures/practices paramount within the nuclear/power sectors
