Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage maintenance activities for mechanical equipment, ensuring safe and reliable operations
• Develop comprehensive maintenance procedures aligning with industry best practices while providing troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance during audits, adhering strictly to regulatory compliance standards.
• Contribute to the development of training programs to enhance mechanical maintenance skills across teams.
• Provide outage and emergency response support as required by plant operations.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in the Nuclear Power Plant industry, focusing on general maintenance and managing teams and activities

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera
• Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of nuclear power plant safety procedures
