Our client is seeking Electrical Supervisors to play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of a nuclear power plant in Abu Dhabi. This is your chance to work in a high-impact role, leading teams and overseeing critical maintenance activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate teams handling preventive, corrective, and predictive electrical maintenance.
• Ensure the seamless execution of surveillance tests and maintenance programs across NSSS and BOP equipment.
• Act as the Head of Electrical Maintenance when required, managing emergency responses effectively.
• Oversee work preparation, procurement requests, and resource allocation for operational readiness.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining safety standards.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within nuclear power plant industries, with at least 5 years in general maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance best practices.
• Experience with international maintenance standards and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations, including breakdowns and shutdowns, while fostering collaboration across teams.
