Role description
For a well known client , an energy services company operating in the Middle East (GCC countries), we are currently looking for Administration and Financial Manager. This is a long-term job opportunity.
Reporting to the General Manager and part of the Middle East executive committee, the Administrative and Financial Manager (AFM) will be responsible for:
Finance management:
- Implementation and monitoring of accounting and tax management, as well as cost accounting,
- Manage monthly/annual closings in accordance with local standards and IFRS, in coordination with the local accounting firm and, where applicable, the Statutory Auditor. Reporting of accounts in the Group consolidation tool.
- Implementation and production of dashboards necessary for the monitoring and financial optimization of operational projects / Animation of business reviews with operational staff (analysis of monthly dashboards / management of the profitability of construction sites)
- Cash management and bank relations,
- Financial and activity reporting to the management committee of the subsidiary and the head office teams in France,
- Development and monitoring of budgets, medium-term plan, financial forecasts and financial landing,
- Supervision and management of the accounting team.
Support for the organic and external development of the subsidiary in the Middle East:
- Review and, where applicable, development of Business Plans for organic (calls for tenders) and external (acquisitions of securities or assets) projects,
- Follow-up of relations with financial partners in the context of project financing.
Subsidiary procurement management:
- Control and monitoring of purchases made by operational staff,
- Implementation of a supply chain strategy.
Human resources management:
- Payroll follow-up and management in coordination with the accounting firm,
- Supervision and management of the human resources team (HR and PRO) of the subsidiary.
Administration and support for the governance of the subsidiary:
- Finalization of the creation of the legal entity in Saudi Arabia and monitoring of the financial and tax implications,
- Monitoring of the creation of the legal entity in the United Arab Emirates and other countries
- Ensure the administrative management of insurance and litigation.
- Follow for all entities the governance, the licenses and other related matters
IT:
- Manage projects to implement IT tools related to finance and human resources (ERP).
Internal Control
- Be the guarantor of compliance with the principles of internal control within the subsidiaries
- Establish and enforce appropriate procedures
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- Finance Management experience

- Experience in reviewing and developing of Business Plans
- Administration Managment
