Role description

As an Analyst in the Project Management Office, you will participate to the definition and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and also perform KPI based analysis and track their evolution and relevance along with project duration.

Alerting the project about deviations observed and support the identification and proposal of recovery areas to management with relevant actions will be one of your major responsibilities. Tasks include also participation in the preparation and delivery of PMO reports (internal and external).

Responsibilities

Besides already mentioned:
– Participate in the production of high-level presentations of the project and to the reinforcement of the link between management and operational field and strengthen technical communication
– Implement lean management tools

Essential skills

You have an Engineering degree or business school diploma and previous working experience in a Project Management team or in a consulting firm.

You also master:
– Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
– Analysis and synthesis
– Effective working in multi-disciplinary teams
– Database management

 

Desired skills

Lean management certification is a plus
