For one of our client operating in Lille, France we are looking for a Change Management Engineer to be responsible for managing changes into the contract and work across all the different teams – internal and external.

Role description

In this role, you deal with issues, report and keep track of them and when needed give risk management an input. You need to know the contract well to manage it and deal with it as an internal to the internal team’s client and defend our client’s position to the external client.

Responsibilities

  • Constantly maintain up to date Open Issues, EW, CE Registers
  • Liaise with Package Leads, Engineering Leads, Qualification Leads for highlighting Open Issues and insure actions definition for resolution and actions tracking up to resolution.
  • Deploy an Event management method across the project.
  • Assist project team members for proper and understandable wording of EW and CE.
  • Assist PMO for the instruction of the Project EW
  • Assist Change Manager for CE valuation.
  • Assist Commercial Manager CE negotiations.
  • Maintain Project dashboard and reporting developed with the Project Control Manager

 

Essential skills

We are expecting applications from candidates with several years of Change Management Experience within the Nuclear industry and applicable degree (preferably Masters’ degree).

Fluency in English is required, knowledge in French would be beneficial but not mandatory.
