For one of our clients in Bruce County, we are looking for a Performance Manager to manage a team an support the Supply Chain division.

This is a contract position for a minimum of 2 years.

 

Role description

The client is dealing with a large list of Suppliers, that needs a Commercial lead and Performance Manager to be support the main Office.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for this role are:

  • identifying costs of poor Quality and implement correctives actions
  • Analysing the performance gap an use Root cause Investigations and similar techniques to solve issues
  • Providing recommendations and best practices to Suppliers
  • Building strong relationship with stakeholders

Essential skills

  • Due to a  very short timeline for the employment start date, we will be able to accept application from candidates who are currently living in Canada with a valid work permit
  • Previous experience in Supplier Performance
  • Strong background in Supply Chain and good understanding in Project Management and Contract Management
  • A background in Construction, Engineering, EPC is strongly recommended

Rate/Salary

Daily rate to negotiate depending on skills and years of experience
