This would be a permanent job, based in the Paris area, but with the chance to travel often to visit international clients.

We are in the search of a Trilingual professional, able to communicate fluently in Spanish, French and English.

Role description

In this position, you will act as the principal customer interface for key clients. You will identify and ensure opportunities to carry on with the business development of the department. To achieve this goal, you will design a plan for the development of the accounts. Reporting of the business development activities is also within your daily tasks.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Your specific areas of responsibility include identifying opportunities for and subsequently securing business across the business areas through direct support to, and driving of, the sales process. Contribute to the company marketing plan and the creation of new marketing material, as well to tendering process

 

  • Use of Salesforce to ensure feedback and prospects from sales meetings are fed back into the business.
  • Marketing of the company capabilities in line with the overall business strategy, to customers through sales visits and meetings.
  • Coordination and interface with other departments to ensure that opportunities are developed.
  • Develop the order backlog to sustain and grow the business in line with agreed budgets and the capacity
  • Develop and maintain business function plans and associated capture plans.
  • Provide preliminary budget and for potential opportunities.
  • To proactively identify potential opportunities, primarily focused around securing business for waste and decommissioning discussions, feedback to business functions and managing follow-up through the sales process.
  • Listen to and understand customer problems and issues, and sell appropriate solutions, benefits and capabilities to address customer needs.
  • To meet and build relationships at senior and middle management levels in customer organizations, (technical and commercial).
  • To develop and implement propositions and present to customers representing the full company capability and strategy.
  • To identify from experience, business winning best practice to facilitate continual improvement in bids, Propositions and Business processes.
  • Provide support to all other business development activities as appropriate, including conferences, exhibitions, marketing material etc to the overall benefit of the company.

Essential skills

What makes you a good candidate for this role is:

–             Having 5 to 15 years of experience in Business Development.

–             Knowledge, and preferably experience, in the Nuclear industry.

–             Fluent in Spanish, French and English – Proficiency in all of them is a MUST.

–             Is essential to understand basic financial & contractual concepts.

–             Knowledge of Marketing is nice to have.

–             Knowledge of CRM systems.
