As Order Manager / Expeditor, your main mission is to handle several orders according to the Project strategy and to deal with all the commercial, supplier follow-up, delivery and administrative tasks linked to these orders. You will be working in close coordination with the engineering and inspection teams, as well as construction and commissioning when needed.
Leading meetings (contractual and gate review) with the Suppliers is part of your duties as well as the issuance of related minutes of the meeting. Your participation to audits and inspections at Suppliers’ premises might be required and you handle to some extend change management; negotiating, writing and handling NARs and Change orders.
Contract management; follow-up of bonds; guarantees and acceptance certificates combined with invoices reviews and the management of claims concerning the subcontractors are an important part of your daily tasks.
Besides duties already mentioned, you will be responsible for:
After your studies (Engineering degree: electrical, mechanical, industrial or similar) you have gained a few years of Engineering, Project Management and Supply-Chain experience in a highly regulated field.
You are able to communicate in English to a level which allows you to coordinate and moderate discussions on technical and commercial issues of average complexity with different entities and hierarchy levels.
Understanding of Nuclear Quality- and Documentation Requirements are not mandatory, but very beneficial in succeeding in this job.
