Role description

As Tool & Process coordinator, you will be acting as a backup function within IMO and reporting to the IMO managers.

Your main responsibilities are related to creating, reviewing and updating the IMO processes and manuals, so you will be continuously questioning, improving and adapting current tools and processes – which requires also investigating the IMO lessons learned, feed-backs and reports in order to adapt and improve these.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Investigate use and implementation of tools and processes on-site
  • Administrate the IMM-Platform as requested, and also debug and adapt the Platform
  • Support IMO teams with the process, tool, training and improvement related topics
  • Regularly communicate to the whole IMO reminders and information related to modifications of the process

Essential skills

You have previous experience in the back-end development PHP (CodeIgniter) and MySQL, as well as in front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

You have data mining and data analysis capacity and are fluent in English.

You are very well structured and well organized and have a curious and questioning attitude. To succeed in the role key element is good communication skills and being adaptable.

Knowledge of nuclear culture, safety, security, quality and technical processes is mandatory, so we hope you have previous experience on an NPP site, new-build or within nuclear projects.
