Role description

Magnox needs an Operational Feedback Engineer (OFE) as a precursive role to an Industrial Safety Engineer. That progression makes the OFE an excellent opportunity to develop and build upon health and safety experience gained from an industrial setting, whilst having sight of what can come next.

What will you be doing?

In the main this isn’t a desk- based role, and you can expect to be out on site interacting with peers and colleagues regularly. Using the experience that you’ve already developed, you’ll be out investigating safety incidents and events before capturing and categorising the data within Magnox’s systems, which you’ll also be helping to develop. You’ll then shape and tailor the data you’ve gathered and use it to mentor and monitor, proactively helping the Magnox workforce to learn from experience.
