A major player of the global nuclear industry is looking for several document managers responsible for the management (management and control) of the technical documentation. Any experience level is welcome as long as you  have strong organisational and communication skills!

This is a contract of 12 months to start with, based in France, to work on various nuclear international projects.

Role description

Responsibilities

The document manager is closely working with the project team to:

– develop, consolidate, manage on a daily basis, the list of technical documents of the project

– ensure that internal and external documents are produced in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements, that external documents are certified (form) before being sent to the client, or rejected to be amended,

– establish and maintain performance indicators that are useful for the ongoing project,

– remind the estimated schedule of delivery of project documents,

– update the database(s)

 

Essential skills

Fluent English is mandatory

A minimum of 2 years of experience in documentation management for complex fossil energies or nuclear projects

You are European national or have a valid EU working permit

Desired skills

Russian is a plus

Rate/Salary

About 3500eur net monthly
