Role description

As a Plant Status Management (PSM) Engineer you will be responsible for Planning and Coordination of all mechanical activities in the plant, specifically for Diesel and Components systems.

You will be reporting to Planning and Coordination of all mechanical activities in the Plant, in particular auxiliary systems.

Main responsibility is to deliver the final level 1 and level 2 schedules for the project.
This means you will be gathering all tasks from different stakeholders like Commissioning, Construction, Maintenance and Operation, assess the impact of the activity on the other branches and liaising with scheduling team to verify that the activities from all entities fit together in the time schedule. The aim is to harmonize the mechanical activities with the electrical and the I&C activities, and to anticipate way of working to detect and remove obstacles in time.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

include also besides already mentioned:
– Ensuring compliance with the technical specifications
– Proposing/defining changes in the planning sequences in order to fulfil the technical specification and optimize the sequence for the project progress
– Organizing the PTW activities in order to fulfil the schedule
– Leading the meetings with the representatives from all disciplines and reporting about the schedule and plant progress



Essential skills

You have a Mechanical, Process or Nuclear Engineering degree with overall knowledge about the PWR mechanical and I&C systems gained in a NPP (PWR) in similar commissioning role or in operation.

Very good knowledge of PWR process systems, especially Diesel and Components Systems Work planning is mandatory, PTW experience is seen as advantageous.
