For one of our clients in Finland, we are looking for an experienced consultant to fulfill the contractual requirements for the development of design documentation regarding MRO of a Nuclear New Build project. This is a contract role to be based in Helsinki with travels to St-Petersburg (Russia).

 

Role description

We are looking for an experienced consultant in the field of MRO for Nuclear NPP within the European regulatory framework. The consultant should be able to adapt quickly to the working environment of the client in order to become autonomous and deliver the expected tasks detailed below.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering on the following tasks:

  1. Development of study guides and training of the client’s specialists on the MRO of NPP, including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), taking into account the experience of Finland and other EU countries.
  2. Development of a methodology for justification during the design of the volume and frequency of MRO services.
  3. Development of a methodology for justification of the maintainability requirements of NPP equipment during equipment procurement.
  4. Development of a methodology for conducting RCM-analysis at the NPP design stage.
  5. Consulting services for the development of the MRO program.
  6. Consulting services for the development of Technical assignment for RCM-analysis software.
  7. Consulting services for the client’s specialists on the MRO experience in Finland and other EU countries.
  8. Participation in the O&M working group. Agreement of the documents on MRO of NPP with the Customer.

Essential skills

  • You have been directly involved in  the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) on Nuclear Power Plant
  • Knowledge and ability to use regulatory  requirements and methodical documents on the MRO of Nuclear Power Plant adopted in EU countries
  • You justify of at least 7 years of experience in this field
  • Full English language proficiency
  • You are able to work, adapt, communicate and perform in an international context where cultural diversity, language and working methodologies can be different
  • You have experience of complex projects and are able to adapt to them.

 

Rate/Salary

Between 50,- and 75,- Euros/hour (all inclusive)

The final rate will be agreed individually with the selected candidate based on the experience and the contractual compliance.

Other specific conditions or benefit will also be discussed on individual basis depending on the personal situation
