Role description

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide business administrative support to the organization as well as manage the office. You will work closely with other members of the team primarily located in Saint John, along with other key stakeholders and service providers.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Project management support.
  • Corporate Secretarial support (preparation of tax and corporate filings, maintenance of company insurance policies and the renewal/negotiation of contracts/leases).
  • IT management and act as the primary point of contact with the IT service provider.
  • Management and finance reporting support.
  • Management of the office including office supplies, building maintenance, onboarding of new staff and preparation of policies.
  • Executive Assistant duties including maintaining the calendar and coordination of meetings of the Chief Executive Officer and other staff as required.

Essential skills

  • You are organized, assertive, proactive and will adapt to a faced-paced growing company.
  • You want to build on 5+ years of office management experience and manage a variety of tasks.
  • ‘Intermediate level’ user of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
