Role description


o Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project o Lead the design, development, delivery and management of communications

o Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training

o Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition o Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions

o Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders o Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs Job Requirements

Knowledge, Experience and Skills


  • MSc in human resources, business administration or equivalent
  • CCMP certification o Desired: ITIL / COBIT / Scrum, SAFe or other agile certifications


  • 15+ years of experience in human resources/change management, leading transformation projects with important change resistance o Consulting background
  • Skills o Understand internal structures including key actors, decision
  • Influencers and use this knowledge when formal structures do not work.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools o Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguoussituations

  • Identify and maintains regular contacts with main customers. Answer customers’ queries promptly and follow up on them until satisfied
  • Analyze relationships amongst several parts of a problem or situation. Identify alternative solutions and think through consequences of actions
