Our client, Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation (USNC), is now hiring for a Plant Lead Engineer.
Remote at first with eventual office location in Ottawa, ON.
The engineer will report to the engineering manager of the first demonstration plant that will be built at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL) by Global First Power (GFP). The engineer’s accountabilities will evolve taking ownership of a single or more systems on the plant which fall within his/her field of competency.
This work entails the development of all the required design documents from concept to detail design phase. The engineer will be accountable for the planning, design, and analysis of the system(s). This work would typically require the engineer to work with and manage multiple Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) both within USNC, GFP and external contractors.
