Role description

Our client is seeking an Inspections, Tests, Analyses, and Acceptance Criteria (ITAAC) Project Manager.

It is a 1 year contract opportunity with possibility of renewal. Position to be based in Georgia, USA.

You will be responsible for managing the completion documentation associated with the inspection, engineering analyses, and required testing that provides objective evidence to meet the Combined License Appendix C (ITAAC).

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

Essential Skills

  • Project Management Certification (PMP)
  • Proven track record in a nuclear environment – AP1000 technology or similar
  • A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in one or multiple of the following required for nuclear power plant:

Nuclear Related Equipment Qualification Programs
Plant Initial Testing (Components/Preoperational)
Plant Modifications (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/I&C)
Nuclear Construction Startup
Nuclear Operations
System Engineering
Project Management

  • Knowledge of NRC and industry codes and standards for testing, modifications, or construction of a nuclear facility

Desired Skills

  • Preferred Background: BS Engineering from an ABET accredited school or Licensed Professional Engineer or Senior Reactor Operator Experience at a Commercial Nuclear Plant

Essential skills

10 CFR 52 Licensing/ITAAC experience and/or familiarity with the AP1000 design
