Role description

There is a real focus upon organisational development (covering areas such as talent and resource management) with ED&I of significant importance, and your passion within these areas will drive the programme of change.


Within this position you will:

  • Act as the RWM HR lead on the organisation’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) agenda with accountability for delivery of the RWM EDI Action Plan and RWM’s input to OneNDA EDI Beacon projects.
  • Have the ability to understand, interpret and articulate HR strategy using political acumen and sound business sense to advise on HR policy, procedures and conditions of service;
  • Facilitate and uphold positive employee relations through adherence to formal/legislative processes and the application of negotiation/ consultation;
  • Drive cultural initiatives and contribute to building a diverse and inclusive working environment.

Essential skills

You will be MCIPD or FCIPD qualified and have demonstrable experience of practical HR delivery and be fully familiar with working within highly regulated industry. As partner to senior leadership, your proven experience of building relationships to influence at all levels will be a key component of the role.
