Our client, a leading global technology consulting organization is overseeing a major digital transformation with a leading financial services/banking client in Riyadh. They require a Senior Organization Change Manager.

Role description

This is a full-time position.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project
  • Lead the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training
  • Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition
  • Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs

Essential skills

Education

  • MSc in human resources, business administration or equivalent
  • CCMP certification

Language

  • Fluent in Arabic

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in human resources/change management, leading transformation projects with important change resistance
  • Consulting background

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Identify and maintains regular contacts with main customers. Answer customers’ queries promptly and follow up on them until satisfied
  • Analyze relationships amongst several parts of a problem or situation. Identify alternative solutions and think through consequences of actions
  • Take action before being asked or being forced to by circumstance and consider and try out ‘different’ ways of tackling things
  • Create opportunities or minimize potential problems by taking a unique extra effort (within one to three month time frame)
