Role description

In the newly formed Project Controls team, you get the opportunity to plan the development and implementation of the processes and procedures. You will not only have an impact on the project objectives and project plans on the owner’s side but also on the monitoring and controlling the EPC with their processes and procedures. Close co-operation with the equipment suppliers, consultants, contractors and regulatory authority offers you a greater opportunity to contribute directly to improvements.


Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Development of project management and project controls processes and procedures or
  • Validate the project scope to determine project objectives and to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
  • Monitor and control EPC supplier in their development and implementation of their project management processes and procedure

Essential skills

You might have worked for several years as Project Manager or Controller, specializing in Project Management Processes or Schedule Control.

Experience from an organization with well-established project management procedures is essential and preferably you have supported the delivery of large civil engineering construction projects in Western Europe. You know your way around the planning software and reporting databases.

You will be placed first 1-2 years in Helsinki, before moving to the site.
