This job is a permanent position and requires both French and English languages.

Role description

In this position you will assure the proper consideration of nuclear safety aspects in the project. Also, you will establish and manage safety requirements, analyse and ensure compliance with safety requirements, organize safety reviews. You will maintain contact with Safety Authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out nuclear safety studies relating to projects for the design and modification of nuclear installations
  • Analysis of associated nuclear and non-nuclear risks (deterministic approach)
  • Drafting of regulatory documents (Safety Orientation File, preliminary safety report, safety reports, impact and hazard studies, specific risk studies, feasibility studies, procedures, etc.)
  • Demonstration of compliance
  • Management of security requirements broken down by business line

Essential skills

Graduated with an engineering degree with a specialization in Nuclear Safety, you have at least 8 years of experience in carrying out nuclear safety studies and the drafting of associated documents (Safety Reports).

You are familiar with the regulations in force related to nuclear safety.
