Our client, a leading global technology consulting organization is overseeing a major digital transformation with a leading financial services/banking client in Riyadh. They require a Senior Transformation Lead.

Role description

This is a full-time position.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Lead the transformation office activities with a team of 10+ resources, which includes:
    • Refinement of the operating model and the guiding principles
    • Definition of the organization structure, capabilities catalogue and KPIs
    • Definition and documentation of the policies, processes and procedures
    • Identification of processes automation opportunities
    • Size the human resources requirements
    • Refine the job descriptions, training requirements and hiring requirements
    • Launch an organization change management campaign
    • Definition of the IT strategy and enterprise architecture

Essential skills


  • MSc in computer science, information technology, business administration or equivalent
  • Scrum, SAFe or other agile certifications certification



  • 20+ years of experience in leading transformation projects with important change resistance
  • Experience in the definition of IT operating models
  • Consulting background



  • Understand internal structures including key actors, decision-influencers and use this knowledge when formal structures do not work.

  • Analyze relationships amongst several parts of a problem or situation. Identify alternative solutions and think through consequences of actions
  • Take action before being asked or being forced to by circumstance and consider and try out ‘different’ ways of tackling things

Create opportunities or minimize potential problems by taking a unique extra effort (within one to three month time frame)
