Role description

Our client is a successful global consulting organisation leading in technology advisory across all industry sectors and expanding rapidly across the region. They currently requires Service Delivery Manager – Bilingual

Knowledge, Experience and Skills

  • Hands-on experience as a Service Delivery Manager for minimum of 15+ years
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. English and Arabic Language is a must
  • Experience working in a Public Sector account and with a large team of over 100 resources spread across multiple countries and different cultures
  • Must be an ITIL Certified and expert in all Operation and Transition processes. Including Incident,Problem, Release and Change Management processes
  • Strong experience in designing, monitoring and managing the KPIs, SLAs
  • Strong experience in managing the operations on Production and Non-Production environment
  • Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Previous experience of managing services in a DevOps environment
  • Possess proven team leadership and people management skills
  • Able to respond quickly to business needs
  • Able to define, design, document, maintain and follow processes and standard procedures
  • Able to prepare and present service management reports
  • Able to share knowledge with and coach other team members
  • Responsible in their handling of sensitive data
