Recruiting consultants play a huge role identifying, selecting and presenting diverse candidates to our clients.  The mere choice of non gendered vocabulary in job advertisement is important.

Our consultants are trained to take their own unconscious bias into account and also provide different solutions to hiring managers such as getting an anonymised long list of candidates or putting a relocation help in place to increase the attractivity of some projects.
