Here is what you will be doing:

When you build relationships with accounts and clients, you are in charge of understanding their needs, their projects and the opportunities. You will unearth potential collaboration opportunities and qualify them into assignments. When you get a job assigned, you are in charge of your investigation to find and select the most suitable candidates for clients in Belgium and in The Netherlands.

Exactly like during a journey, you will make plans, take unexpected turns, discover new adventures, build and nurture relationship that will create an impact with your client.

Even if you don’t have a map and the weather is foggy, your resilience and your never-ending desire to find a solution will allow you to keep moving forward.

Then comes the delivery stage when you want to make sure your expedition reaches its destination. Here your journey will only be complete when a new travel companion candidate can join the client and continue the journey with them.

As you will gain experience, your growth will be supported by learning trainings on how to be expert in managing the account management and client development process with Dutch/Flemish and French-speaking candidates and clients.

Your background

Have you already worked in Recruitment or in a position requiring the same skills (solution and service provider), ideally in an industrial or complex industry? Are you comfortable on the phone, by email and face-to-face to exchange with candidates and clients ? You speak Dutch/Flemish and ideally a bit of French?

Thanks to the support to better understand the energy sector and the nuclear industry, in no time, sourcing, identifying key words and screening CV’s will have no more secret for you.
