Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager, Toronto

 We are looking for a collaborative, goal oriented and motivated individual who is passionate about building relationships to join us as a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help us build and sustain the North American nuclear workforce.

As part of the North American team, you are highly credible and will be at the frontier of our success in Canada.  If you think critically and are a people person and enjoy going the extra mile to get things done, then you will love joining our Canadian Team.  You have operational experience, are a self-starter and have exceptional attention to detail.

The position is a full-time and permanent opportunity, to be based in Toronto (Etobicoke).


  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration or other related field
  • A natural business developer and a customer service mindset
  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining professional business relationships
  • Some travel may be required, mostly in Ontario
    • A driver’s license is mandatory
  • The ability to understand technical concepts and a genuine interest in technical and scientific subjects
  • Eligible to work in Canada (citizen/permanent resident/ open work permit with at least 2 years of validity)
